The madness is over -

I have finally finished my WaveRunner -

WaveRunner - finally

it feels good to have it done, that was a lot of thread changes, starts and stops, and ends to bury, but oh what a great way to practice all kinds of quilting designs!

FMQ2Waverunner - no longer a WIP

Now on to the next one!  Do you suppose I'll be able to keep the quilting simpler on it?  I doubt it!

Happy quilting!

p.s. - it's Wednesday - don't forget to check out WIP Wednesday at the Needle and Thread Network

Why keep it simple when you are so amazing at FMQ? I love the wave runner. The colors, the curves and the fantastic quilting.

Those proper start/stops are well worth the effort.....as for simpler quilting? Pffffff.....why would one want to keep it simple when you excel at that beautiful thread work

Very lovely. Worth all those stops and starts for this end result.

Your wave runner is so beautiful! And in my experience once you get bitten by the fancy quilting bug there is no going back .....
