Welcome to my world where I try to figure out what I'm going to do next! These days, it is mostly quilting, but you never know what it might be... come find out with me!

Busy, busy, busy -

Just not at posting!
I've been plugging away on a number of fronts, but not so many finishes just yet!
One that did get finished, was my Looong Runner, thanks to my quilting buddy Karen, who happened to have 6" of  the blue Basic Grey Figgy Pudding fabric that I was looking for for the border.  Thank you Karen!  I finished sewing the binding earlier this week.

I also finished off the pinwheel baby quilt, but neglected to take a final picture before giving it away.  Still on my board for sandwiching and quilting - my 6 point star, and my workshop sample table runner.

Quilting needing to be finished - my green coin quilt, (this one, unfortunately has taken a back seat to other things but it's time it got back in the driving seat!) and a little something I started, just because Valentine's is around the corner, and I really wanted to give Terri Stegmiller's technique a try.  She posted a cute little Valentine she made and I was inspired!

(Terri is a member of the Twelve by Twelve International Art Quilt Challenge group that inspired the Tangled Textiles group I'm in).  I also still have a ton of UFOs that will be coming out and getting finished off this year.  But, because it's no fun to work only on old or existing in progress pieces, you always (at least I do) have to start something else - I mean, what's the point of having all this fabric if I can't play with it?
Modern Baby Quilt

This is the start of my next baby donation quilt, again, completely from my stash, and using up some charm squares, a FQ and some other leftovers.  I'm thinking that it, and my 6 point star, will be where I practice this month's FreeMotion challenge, Diane Gaudynski's feather plumes.  Can't wait to get started!

Happy quilting!

Grest work, all of it. I really like your class sample table runner. I really like the simple lines of it combined with the color in the center. ( I hope that made sense).

Lots of good things on here. The heart piece is lovely as are the two runners. That last one is going to look great with DG inspired feathers.
