Last Saturday's Workshop

I attended a workshop last weekend with my Blue Mountain Quilter's Guild on Gee's Bend Inspired quilts.  The workshop instructor just happened to be one of my fellow members of the Vancouver Modern Quilt Guild - Paul, who did a fabulous job.  Here's where I currently stand with it.
Gee's Bend Inspired
I'm hoping to do some scrappy pieced sashing this weekend and get the blocks all together.  With the long weekend coming up, I hope to make some good progress on this one, and maybe even a few others!

Linking up to the Needle and Thread Network.  Go check out some great Canadian talent!

Happy quilting!

  5. I love your choice of colours, but for myself the idea of Gee's Bend and Wonky just doesn't work with my eyes, I like squares that are even... I think it is great that the idea of these blocks are so changeable, tho.
