Welcome to my world where I try to figure out what I'm going to do next! These days, it is mostly quilting, but you never know what it might be... come find out with me!

It's Friday Night Sew-in time!

Just finished for the night, but am pretty happy with what I accomplished.  I've promised myself that I am going to finish the quilting on this one before I really dive into the next several projects that are buzzing in my brain.  I realized that not one of my OPAM finishes this year was from my UFO list and that has got to change!  This one I had expected to have finished before Christmas, but was distracted - which happens easy enough!
I'm just finishing off the borders  - the main feathers are done, just adding a few fill-ins in the open spaces.  It will be nice to have it done!

Happy Quilting!

What FABULOUS feathers you've quilted!!! Truly. You give me inspiration. Thank you. ; ) May I ask what kind of thread are you using here?

Soooo pretty! I just love those feathers.

Now, that's the kind of thing I want to do on my quilts... but am afraid of doing lest I ruin the whole quilt. Sigh.

Your quilted feathers are fantastic!I'm liking those cute spirals too. It's a good feeling to finish off a UFO. Cheers, Ann :-)
