Working away

just finishing off the hand sewing of the binding of my coin quilt, which I've decided to call "In the Garden" and I'll have another finish - this one can be classified as a finish on a UFO as it was started back in October 2010 I believe, and then the coin strips sat for quite awhile as I tried to decide what to do with them, and then I did some quilting and then it sat awhile longer.  You can read about it here and here if you like.
Here's how it is looking from the back

Back of In the Garden

Hopefully, this weekend I'll be able to post it as finished!

  3. The quilting is lovely. Trying to work out why it is called a coin quilt, couldn't tell from the previous posts. Love the front design so looking forward to the reveal.
