WIP Wednesday - September 1, 2013

Well, I don't know about you, but I had a pretty productive Labour Day weekend - hope you had a good one as well.  I showed you the quilting on this last week, and this week I've finished it up.

Tote

This was made for a VMQG brown paper bag tote bag swap we're doing - I hope the recipient likes it!  Made from my scrap bags - that feels good, too!

I've also made great headway on my next Tangled Textiles challenge piece - the theme is "Open" and the reveal is September 12, and most unusual for me, I'm not doing it all at the last minute!  Here's a sneak peek:

and, I've made great progress on one more project, to be shown once it's completed.

 Happy quilting!

I'm really intrigued by the your pictures and want to see more. Is it a drawn curtain, is it fruit? is it ...? I'd love to see more.

Wow--that's a gorgeous bag, and someone lucky is going to be thrilled! Alas, it won't be me, since I just don't have time to make anything for the swap. That quilt in progress looks so intriguing, and I can't wait to see the full reveal!
