We had a great time on our camping trip - the weather cooperated for the most part - a sprinkling of rain on Friday night, but then dry - but oh it was windy and cold! Did someone forget to tell Mother Nature that it's the end of May now? She was happy to provide us with boundless beauty and inspiration. The west coast of Vancouver Island is a magical place - so much to see! So inspiring! Here is just a sampling of what caught my eye. Somehow, sometime, somewhere, some of these will work their way into my quilts I'm sure!

What lovely photos of the beautiful inspiration that Mother Nature provides! Sounds like you had a good, but cold, time!
lovely photos, great inspiration. Where and what comes next lol.
Lovely photos, glad you had a good time. I think the winds are universal at the moment, maybe the earth really is spinning faster. I am not surprised that you can see quilting inspiration in the photos.
I agree, Mother Nature needs to turn up the thermostat already!
The photos are gorgeous- I especially like the one of sand dollars (?) underwater.
beautiful photos.. inspiration for a challenge, maybe?
Great photos - love your ocean spray shot!
Lovely nature and flowers.
The shells in the water are beautiful. I can see a quilt inspired by that photo.
