Welcome to my world where I try to figure out what I'm going to do next! These days, it is mostly quilting, but you never know what it might be... come find out with me!

Well thanks for being so patient!

I really didn't think it was going to take me a week to get back here, but here I am!
I promised a giveaway to thank you all for sticking with me, and for following me - I'm now over a 100 followers.  Hey, let me tell you I am thrilled!

I'm going to do two giveaways - these are just the beginnings of the packages - I'll be adding extras before they get sent out, maybe patterns, maybe books, notions, thread, who knows???
5 FQs + some Linen

or

A fun and fresh kit to make a table topper

I'm going to make this really easy.  All you need to do is leave me a comment, telling me what kind of project you like to work on most - it doesn't even have to be quilting related - I've been known to dabble in all kinds of different things, and I'm curious about you.

One comment per person, please make sure I have a way to contact you if you are a "noreply" blogger.  The giveaway is open to everyone.

The giveaway will be open until next Sunday, October 2, 12 midnight, PST.  Mr Random Number will be helping me with the selection.  Good luck!
Comments are closed, thank you

Happy quilting!

Well, THIS WEEK it has been cooking. Still quilting and taking photos, but it has been about cooking. In the back of my mind I must be planning on going on a diet. It never fails---I love every recipe and want to make it all when I need to diet or cut back!

I am all about quilting, all the time, with a sprinkling of knitting thrown in. Your giveaway is awesome. Those Black/white/turq fat quarters are so yummy.

I love making doll quilts, but love piecing - period.

Lately my "projects" have all been school-related: work on the course I'm taking and marking/planning for the courses I teach. Sigh. I'd rather be sewing and quilting and, believe me, I have LOTS of projects on that to-do list.

I like to work on wall-hanging size quilts the most. I like that I can start it and finish it (HA!).

Lovely giveaway - thank you, Janet! I like to work on quilty projects first, and then sewing for the kid (Hallowe'en costumes!) next.

I like the quilting part of making the quilt the best, but it is all fun.

My favorite thing is home decorating but I like to make my own things. Table runners, placemats, pillows, but especially quilts.

I'm mainly a quilter. I like to make both traditional and art quilts. I've recently started to crochet too. So far I've made a horrible scarf (just bad yarn choice) and a bunch of dish cloths. I also enjoy simple home decor projects - napkins, pillows, and simple curtains.

I have fallen in love with felted wool and have been working on some wool applique lately. It's a lot of work but a beautiful end result.
Thanks for the giveaway!

Give aways are nice, and I am always working on a quilt of some kind.

My favorite project is one that starts with clay and ends with fabric!

Thanks for such a great giveaway. I love all things quilting and I don't think anything comes a close second.

Hmmm, I just love fabric fondling and those fabrics in your giveaway would certainly be fondled at my place! My main interest is quilting, not necessarily traditional; playing around in EQ7 (I have to do more of that though) and attending quilting retreats.

Lately my projects have all been quilty things, but I like any kind of home decor sewing or making bags.

All my favorite projects right now are quilting- working on a cute mini quilt to match a baby quilt I made for a co-worker.

Congratulations again on your following, Janet! I can't seem to get to my quilts for all of the other smaller sewing projects I like to make like bags. Lately, though, I've been rather obsessed with embroidery and thoroughly enjoying it!

I love piecing. And wool applique. OH and I am a total pushover for every Block ofthe Month that comes along. :)

I have so many ideas for quilts. I would really like to tackle some curved piecing. Congratulations on 100 followers!

Congrats on your first of many 100 celebrations, I am sure. Someone is going to have some great fabrics to work up into a quilted treasure or two! Can't wait to find out who...

Congrats on the blog followers! My next project is to quilt my dragon quilt top. I love working on my FMQ but not as much as I love picking fabrics and designing new tops. Sadly, I have to finish a bunch of my finished tops before starting a new one! Thanks for the great giveaway, I love fun fabric!

Congrats on building up your followership! And thanks for the chance to win such a treasure trove!

I'm a beginner quilter and quilting is about all I can even think about these days. I've always been crafty but work and raising kids has always put my personal interests on the back burner so now it's time for me to do the things I've been putting off. One thing I've always done is read. Novels. Good literature. It's why I became a librarian.

I found another blog for you. I really liked your work. I love your colors. I got a new follower and I want to play. I do not know about Hungary to participate in the game. I would very much like American materials to sew one. From these materials I would like to make a nice wall picture.

What a nice giveaway! I like having a few things on the go but these days I am loving my art quilts the most, i think I just get in my happy place when I work on them and want to stay there for as long as possible! ;)

The project I work on the most is being a great wife and mommy. It is definately a work in progress and needs help at times. LOL.

I love to sew quilt blocks and tops.

I have really taken to scrapbooking as I travel. I have a 90% complete journal, photo album and scrapbook.

Now I need more hand held projects/ hobbies I can work on when I have some idle time?

Whatever I am working on at the time is my favourite project be it quilting, embroidery or feltmaking, sometimes even decorating the house!

I think maybe I should finish the shirt I started making for my husband about two months ago. It only needs the sleeves, hem and buttons/buttonholes, but for some reason, I just got bleh about it. Then there's the TARDIS mugrug he wants . . . how hard would that be to whip up in an evening? But still, stalled on the creativity front. Love those fqs of aqua, black and grey you've got.

Thanks for hosting a giveaway, and congrats on reaching 100! :)

My favourite are scrappy quilts, though I need to work on several others to get the scraps too. LOL
